Explorers of mind

The final frontier is you.

Let’s explore.

Does “microdosing” promote neuroplasticity?

Mental and physical health benefits have been attributed to taking low doses of psychedelics over time. In the lab, we have shown that low doses affect brain activity, similar to high doses. It is also known that single, high doses of psychedelics affect neuroplasticity and network connectivity to promote enduring brain changes.

Many speculate that microdosing regimens also promote neuroplasticity but this has not been shown empirically.
Join our study to advance research by filling a critical gap in knowledge in the field of microdosing. Our research is funded by your participation.

How it works:

1. Get a study kit delivered to your home (microdoses not included!)

2. Download the Muse app to access the Psynautics Study (shown above)

3. Follow the study protocol in the app
(5 days pre vs post microdosing)

4. You will be emailed a personalized pre vs post data report immediately upon completion (as shown above)

In the modern era, technology allows us to take research out of the lab and put it into the hands of the public. At Psynautics, this means more than just participating in research. You get to drive the research to ask questions you want and get results that are insightful to you. We use cutting edge mobile EEG technology to record your brain before, during, and after transformative experiences from anywhere using a short, targeted, and intuitive app-based protocol. Our mission is to build a citizen generated database of brain and mind, with everything from self-reports to EEG brain recordings so that we can ask big data questions too big in scale for a laboratory setting. We’re doing more than research; we’re bringing the science to the public through 1) insightful reports on personality and cognition, 2) educational content on neuroscience and consciousness research, and 3) building a community of curious people who want to advance the field on their terms.
